ABOUT US

The Workout Space is a product of over 10 years experience in building a facility for clients to train but also create an environment that produces results. Formerly known as Results Training which began in 2014 we were a gym based facility offering personal training and group classes. In 2019 we transformed the business into a wider wellness offering opening Results Body+Mind our sister business. At the end of 2022 we decided to create The Workout Space and have a dedicated gym space for our clients who can also benefit from the wonderful wellness offers RB+M provide next-door. 

We provide 1-1 personal training, small group training, women's only training, nutrition/lifestyle coaching and alongside RB+M provide a complete 360 wellness experience. Our Coaches

James Campbell 

James became a personal trainer in 2010 whilst pursuing a career in professional cricket. He works with a range of clientele in the forms of individual coaching, group training and continues to coach a strength and conditioning program at a local school in Bath.  In 2016 James qualified as a Nutritionist through the BTN Academy and works closely with clients to work out a flexible and realistic plan when it comes to their nutrition and lifestyle in order to maximise health alongside their goals. 

Laura Macdonald

Laura is full of energy and has a natural ability to connect with people. With a background in teaching (PE) she has always taken a key interest in people's health. Her passion is to help women become more confident and knowledgeable about their bodies and making sure they are giving themselves the time they need to lead a healthier life. Laura specialises in working with pre/post natal women and has a wealth of knowledge in this department having 2 young sons herself.
